Return & Refund Policy – Lilac Farm

At Lilac Farm, we strive to deliver pure, authentic, and high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

By placing an order with Lilac Farm, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Package was tampered with or broken upon delivery
  • Product quality is compromised due to transit damage

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Improper storage or usage after delivery
  • Minor variations in color, fragrance, or appearance (as these are natural products)

2. Reporting a Return

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by:

  • Sending clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Sharing your order ID and contact details

3. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund (as applicable).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is confirmed to be defective or damaged before use
  • A replacement is not possible

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.


5. Bulk Orders & Custom Orders

  • Bulk and custom packaging orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production or dispatch has begun.
  • However, replacements may be considered if there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), Lilac Farm will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If return is requested for other valid reasons, the customer may need to bear shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
